Italik have a simple and scalable IT support service that consists of an on-site system and network healthcheck and audit, unlimited telephone support with a 4 hour maximum response time and a next business day on-site support service that can be escalated for critical situations. This service covers the normal 5 day a week business hours and all customers are provided with a monthly call report and statistics relating to systems management and security. As an addition to this service, Italik offer IT supplier management to aid any procurement decisions and give advice and guidance to ensure that the correct purchasing decisions are made and also preferential rates are given for Italik system engineers and consultancy.
