Italik’s Infrastructure Support Services are designed to help you maintain the availability of your IT systems.

Access to all our support services is managed through the Italik Service Desk. The service desk is manned by technical staff and uses the latest technology and best practice processes to track, monitor, diagnose and resolve problems. Issues which require more expert assistance are escalated to our 2nd and 3rd level support teams.

Support customers can also log and track service calls online. This will allow you to place service calls at your convenience and track their progress without having to wait for phone or email updates.
